I can’t login to my account, what do I do?
There are two steps to logging into your user account. Entering your email and password is the first step. If you forget your password, you can request a new one, which will be sent to you through email. Please note that your account will be disabled for 20 minutes if you make five incorrect password attempts. It is also not feasible to have two accounts with the same login email address because each account can only have one registered email address. The second step is to provide a code that will be given to your phone through SMS. This is only required if it has been 60 days since you last signed in and gave a code, or if you are logging in from a new device. More information can be found here:
